Skirmishes erupted inside the Georgian Parliament on Monday while a controversial foreign influence law was discussed. The legislation will compel media and non-commercial organisations to register as being under foreign influence if they receive more than 20% of their budget from abroad.Similar laws were adopted in Russia and used to stifle opposition to the Kremlin.
