The centers offering vaccinations against Covid-19 will be operating also on Saturdays, November 26 and December 3, between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm, (except the vaccination centers in Kyperounda and Polis Chrysochous), Cyprus’ Health Ministry announced on Tuesday, CNA reports.
The updated bivalent vaccines for subvariants BA.1, BA.4, and BA.5 of the Omicron variant are available at the vaccination centers, the Ministry of Health said in a statement on Monday.
In Cyprus, from 3 January 2020 to 5:01 pm CET, 11 November 2022, there have been 602,662 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 1,200 deaths, reported to WHO. As of 15 October 2022, a total of 1,824,911 vaccine doses have been administered.
