Buses from the airport take around three hours and cost roughly €9. A taxi costs around €90.It is possible to get the train from Rrogozhinë – around an hour’s drive from Tirana – to Vlorë. Albania’s train network is set to improve in the coming years with a high-speed rail network under construction.Vlorë is slated to get its own airport in 2024, which would grant direct access to the Albanian Riviera.
