Στον πλήρη έλεγχο της Lamda Development η Lamda Malls

Η Lamda Development προχώρησε σε συμφωνία εξαγοράς του του μειοψηφικού ποσοστού 31,7% της θυγατρικής της Lamda Malls, το οποίο κατέχει η εταιρεία Wert Blue SarL, 100% θυγατρική της Värde Partners, έναντι τιμήματος 109 εκατ. σε μετρητά.
Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση της Lamda Development, η συναλλαγή αναμένεται να ολοκληρωθεί εντός του τρίτου τριμήνου 2022, με την ολοκλήρωση των συμβατικών προϋποθέσεων που αφορούν κυρίως τις εγκρίσεις των τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων.
Διαβάστε την ανακοίνωση: “Η LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. (“Εταιρεία”), σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό 596/2014/ΕΕ και τον Κανονισμό του Χρηματιστηρίου Αθηνών, έκαστος όπως ισχύει, ενημερώνει το επενδυτικό κοινό ότι την 20.05.2022 υπέγραψε συμφωνία για την εξαγορά του μειοψηφικού ποσοστού (31,7%) στη θυγατρική της LAMDA MALLS Α.Ε., το οποίο κατέχει η εταιρεία Wert Blue SarL, 100% θυγατρική της Värde Partners, έναντι τιμήματος €109εκ σε μετρητά. Η συναλλαγή αναμένεται να ολοκληρωθεί εντός του Γ’ Τριμήνου 2022, με την ολοκλήρωση των συμβατικών προϋποθέσεων που αφορούν κυρίως τις εγκρίσεις των τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων. Με την ολοκλήρωση της συναλλαγής η Εταιρεία αποκτά τον απόλυτο έλεγχο της θυγατρικής LAMDA MALLS Α.Ε., η οποία κατέχει το σύνολο των μετοχών των εταιρειών LAMDA DOMI S.Μ.S.A. και PYLAIA S.M.S.A., ιδιοκτητριών των Εμπορικών Κέντρων Golden Hall και Mediterranean Cosmos αντίστοιχα. Η ως άνω συναλλαγή εντάσσεται στο πλαίσιο της υφιστάμενης στρατηγικής της Εταιρείας που στοχεύει στην περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη των δραστηριοτήτων των Εμπορικών Κέντρων”.
